What we collect
Contact form: If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, enquiry type and message so Tamra (or Elevé, for agency enquiries routed there) can respond.
Server logs: Our host may log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and reliability. We do not use this site to build advertising profiles.
Analytics
As of the last update of this notice, this site does not include third-party analytics scripts in the codebase. If analytics (for example Cloudflare Web Analytics) is added later, this notice will be updated before it goes live.
How we use information

- To meet legal obligations if required
Third parties
- Render hosts the website and API.
- Resend delivers contact form messages by email.
- Cloudflare may sit in front of the site for DNS and security (if enabled for this domain).
These providers may process data in Australia or overseas according to their own policies.
Retention
Contact form emails are kept in Tamra's email inbox for as long as needed to manage the conversation and business records. Server logs are retained according to the hosting provider's defaults unless a shorter period is configured.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of personal information you sent via the contact form by emailing tamra@tamramancktelow.com. You may ask us to delete your enquiry if we are not legally required to keep it.
Cookies
This site does not set marketing cookies. Essential cookies may be used by infrastructure providers. Embedded content (such as future social feeds) may set its own cookies if added later.
Changes
We may update this notice when the site or providers change. The date at the top will change when we do.
